A sample email to expedite

 
Occasionally there will be times you will need to have the vendor expedite whatever they are tasked to do. In such case, even if they have not delivered something on time, it's important to remain calm and to not lose your temper. There is always the chance there was a misunderstanding or a mistake somewhere, so the important thing is to figure out what is going on, and to see if you can get the process expedited in a professional manner.

いつも大変お世話になっております。
株式会社Saisokのフレドリックと申します。
 
先日は打ち合わせありがとうございます。議題でもお話しした

弊社へは届いておりません。
 
お忙しいかとは存じますが、早急に見積書を送っていただけますでしょうか?
なお、行き違いで既に発送している場合は、何卒ご容赦ください。
